Birth of Jesus

The Gospels of Matthewand Luke offer two different accounts of Jesus’ birth and infancy. In thisstudy, we look closely at their distinctive features and then seek meaning:What do these stories tell us about Jesus? How do they engage the world inwhich they were written? And what do they mean for our lives today? We find thebirth and infancy narratives proclaim the advent of Jesus as the advent of God.With both beauty and drama, they tell of a God who is entering our human storyin Jesus. And they leave us eager to hear more.
